Interactive Demo Software Pricing in 2026: What Storylane, Navattic, Supademo and Arcade Actually Cost

Interactive demo software ranges from free limited plans to published subscriptions of $1,500 per month, with enterprise and some AI-agent packages priced separately or by quotation. Paid entry plans in this comparison start at $38 per creator per month with annual billing; that is not a $38 month-to-month subscription. Your total depends on creator seats, demo and publishing limits, export rights, AI usage, analytics and integrations—not just the headline price.

Interactive demo software pricing comparison: monthly vs annual

How to read the table: dollar prices are USD; Prezentér has separately published EUR and CZK prices, not currency conversions. “Annual” shows the monthly equivalent under annual billing and the calculated yearly subscription total, excluding add-ons. “Contact sales” means no usable public amount was verified. Confirm taxes, currency and contract terms at checkout.
Disclosure: Sales Robots publishes this comparison and sells Prezentér. This is an official-price comparison, not an independent hands-on ranking. Prices and plan limits were checked on 12 October 2026, including live billing switches where the page has them.

An annual-billing monthly equivalent is a comparison unit, not permission to cancel after one month. Where a manufacturer does not publish the minimum term or an annual figure, ask rather than assuming. The table does not invent enterprise budgets or include unverified discounts.

Storylane pricing: free tour, paid suite and separate agent

Storylane suits teams choosing between screenshot/video tours and richer HTML demos. The cost step to evaluate is Starter versus Growth: needing HTML can matter more than needing additional demos. Its separately priced RepX Growth agent is advertised from $2,000/month; do not mistake Demo Suite’s entry price for the agent price.
It becomes expensive relative to a simple-tour requirement when you pay for richer formats, extra creators or agent delivery you will not use. Compare the required workflow first. Our Storylane alternative guide explains the different presentation model.

Navattic pricing: bundled team capacity

Navattic fits marketing and sales teams that need captured HTML workflows. Base and Growth bundle capacity rather than charging only for a solo experiment; this can be efficient for a team but difficult to justify for a single occasional author. Conversational Agents are priced by conversations and agents, without a verified public numeric rate.
Ask about the exact contract, included seats and separate agent scope. For a format-led shortlist, see Navattic alternatives.

Supademo pricing: creator seats and feature tiers

Supademo fits teams producing reusable guides. Scale is billed per creator; needing HTML or sandbox functionality moves the comparison to Business or Growth. A viewer and a paid creator are not the same role. Check who needs editing permissions before estimating the bill.
The budget rises when feature requirements force a higher tier or an agent adds usage charges. Evaluate the workflow difference in our Supademo alternative guide.

Arcade pricing: publishing, exports and AI credits

Arcade fits teams making shareable product stories and videos. Free creation capability should not be confused with unlimited publication. Growth adds publishing-related features such as forms, branding and exports; Enterprise is a quotation for additional control and formats.
It gets more costly as paid seats and AI generation accumulate. Check the credit allowance, top-up pricing and which export or domain feature you need. A library of drafts is not equivalent to a library of buyer-facing assets.

Consensus pricing: request a quote, not an estimate

Consensus is worth evaluating for a presales organization distributing demos across a buying group. Its pricing page does not provide a verified numeric subscription, named plan allowance or annual minimum. The honest comparison is “Contact sales,” not a guessed starting price.
Request the same scope you requested elsewhere: authors, distribution, analytics, integrations, agent delivery and implementation support. It is difficult to assess value from a quotation until those boundaries are explicit. We have not verified a contractual minimum or calculated an enterprise yearly cost.

Hidden costs to check before choosing a plan

Creator seats. List who must record, edit, approve and publish. Do not count every viewer as a creator, or assume every reviewer is free. Ask how removing a seat changes the bill and whether unused capacity creates a refund or only a future credit.
Lead capture and CRM integrations. A basic form can be included while the integration you need is gated behind another tier. Specify the destination, fields, deduplication and handoff behavior, then verify them in a trial. A CRM logo alone does not establish that your required workflow is covered.
White-label and distribution. Removing a vendor logo, using a custom domain, exporting MP4/GIF and publishing more demos are separate questions. Check the deliverable, not just whether the software can create it. Include permissions for external sharing and what remains accessible after cancellation.
Maintenance time. Budget for changing screenshots, navigation, narration and pricing when the product changes. Have the eventual content owner update a real workflow during evaluation. The subscription comparison is incomplete if one platform needs substantially more manual repairs.
AI and agent layers. Authoring assistance, generated narration and a live buyer conversation are different workloads. Confirm credits, consumption rules, included usage, top-ups and safeguards against an unexpected bill. Do not compare an editor-only price with a managed conversational service as if they were interchangeable.
Implementation and commitment. Request a written list of setup, training and integration work. Compare month-to-month billing with the actual annual commitment rather than multiplying a promotional headline. Record renewal and cancellation terms before signing.

How to choose by team size

Solo creator: start with a free plan that can publish your required example, then test the exact limitation that would trigger an upgrade. An inexpensive entry plan is useful only if it supports your format, export and buyer journey. Choose the smallest paid workload you can validate without a long commitment.
Marketing team: compare the same editing headcount and content inventory. Decide whether you need one reusable tour, several campaigns, localization or sales distribution. Include a named maintenance owner and a measurable engagement milestone; a large unused library is not a saving.
Enterprise: quote the full rollout, including governance, access controls, integrations, data handling, support and the agent layer if required. Test an update, an unsupported question and a handoff—not only the launch demo. A cheap initial build does not compensate for an inaccurate or unmaintainable experience.

Where Sales Robots Prezentér fits—and what setup costs

Prezentér explains a product by voice or text, responds to questions and passes lead context to sales. It is a managed conversational presentation, not a cheaper clone of a captured product-tour editor. Evaluate it when explanation and qualification are the job; evaluate a tour tool when buyers primarily need to click through a replica.
EN setup: €449 with a 3+ month commitment, €649 standard, or from €899 for complex products. CZ setup: 9,900 / 14,900 / from 19,900 CZK respectively. Overages for Start / Growth / Scale: €0.40 / €0.35 / €0.30, or 9.50 / 8 / 7 CZK per session.
